Design and build a light V/STOL vehicle (Batplane) for use by the President as a precursor to public “flying car” development. Should be not too much larger than a limousine. This would eliminate and bypass significant traffic delays often created by Presidential motorcades. Look into the addition of a launch bay on Air Force One for emergency or urgent use. Cape and cowl optional.
