Drones are an upcoming and new technology. One that some have stated, could put us on the path to endless war. And, the thought of an Orwellian surveillance on American citizens is all too real. I propose a pre-emptive law or act to restrict the use of drones in American air space and/or targeting American citizens. Restrictions would include unwanted and unnecessary surveillance, strikes, or any other act that violates established human rights. The usage of drones shall be tracked and then released to trusted, but uncorrupted, government watchdog groups, who in turn will see no violation of restrictions occurs.
