Create a presidential order to expedite and implement mortgage relief for all homeowners.

This petition request that the White House create (mandate) a emergency mortgage refinance program for all American homeowners that chose and are current with their mortgage and have had their current mortgage for at least three years or more. This program should require that there be a minimum processing fee by the mortgage holder and not require income verification, appraisals or any other fees that are currently bared by the homeowner. Required property insurance and property taxes be current.on the home. This program would simply be a relief for U.S.homeowners to get a better rate and reamoritzion of their current good standing mortgage without the additional burden normally associated with the current process.
