Create a program called "Common Housing by Common People for Common People". Provide meaningful tax credits for the people that have some of the wealth. Create jobs and housing for people that need both a house and a job. Investors would win. Common people would win. And, the economy would win. Green jobs items could even be a part of the construction process and remaining structures. The Democratic Party needs to show some backbone and stand up for the Common People while still providing a place for the wealthy to investment money.
