create a program to punish politicians that give obviously misleading statements akin to the NBA "FLOP" rule

We the people of the United States of America are tired of politicians getting in front of the television and purposefully making misleading statements. These politicians need to be investigated, and if found that the politician knew, or should have known that their statement was false, must pay a fine and pay to have the statement redacted via a public website that keeps track of how many times they have been caught making misleading statements
