Create a program for self-supporting students that allows them to have a larger loan amount to cover their schooling.

As a college student I know how much of a struggle it is in order to make ends meet. I'm the oldest of four children and my mother can't afford to help me though school. I can't register for classes because I have a balance on my account. I feel that students shouldn't have to pay for their college education until the get out and have a job.
