To create a program where people become responsible for themselves.

I petition the Federal Government to require any individual or family receiving at least $35,000 annually in federally funded safety net and entitlement program to be required to work or provide in labor, at least 80 hours of community service a month. These Safety Net and Entitlement programs include but are not limited to food stamps, healthcare, disability, section 8 housing, state Medicaid program, etc, etc... This work requirement would give these families and individuals a sense of self-worth and provide motivation. These work requirements would benefit the community and state these individuals and families reside in. Any returned military who has become either mentally or physically disability as result of serving in active military conflict would be waived of requirement.
