create an program which would Regulate and License the Profession of Journalism.

Created by R.W. on January 11, 2013

Whereas, Rights ennumerated in the Bill of Rights are subject to government regulation, and,

Whereas, there currently exists no regulation or code of ethics for the so-called "Profession" of Journalism, and

These self-styled "Journalists" seem to be among the loudest cheerleaders for the regulation of others, and

"Journalists" are apparently currently exempt from criminal laws in the United States (see: Dick Gregory's alleged violation of the District of Columbia's Assault Weapons ban), therefore

the Government should create a program by whch the Profession of Journalism would be Regulated and Licensed, including standards for Journalism and criminal penalties for violatng those standards or for committing Journalism without a License.
