Create a program that enables the wealthy to donate one days interest from their bank accounts to families in need. While it does not sound like much money to help a family in need, it is indeed much more then the family would make in a good year of steady work, maybe years. This money could be placed in a fund earning its own interest, while paying the bills (Food, Housing, Medical). Once they are living off a fund from donated money they are now self sufficient and not requiring the governments help, the citizens no longer have to support these families. The money could also be put towards a business operated by the family, which in turn stimulates the economy. This program has a minimal impact on the wealthy while also boosting the economy and ending families reliance on social services
