There need to be day shelters created so that the homeless don't wonder around during the day begging and eating out of the garbage cans. These day centers can work with workforce one to customize programs for the homeless to get them gainfully employed. Programs need to be created to allow someone to go from homelessness to temporary housing, to renter, to homeowner.
