Create programs for people who are disabled and have prior drug felonies to be able to recieve foodstamps.

There are a lot of people that can not receive government jassistance with foodstamps because of the law they have that if you have a drug felony after a certain year you are never able to get them I believe that you should create a law where if you are disabled and have a drug felony and if it has been 5 years from your day you where convicted that you would have to complete some type of program for two weeks or give back to the community by doing some type of free services i mean hours.Im disabled and i can not get foodstamps due to a prior in 2003.I just recently received a kidney transplant i cant Work due to complications due to severe pain i have no funds to buy groceries so there are times i go three or four days with out eating please help individuals as myself in need.
