Allow former college students to volunteer and have an incentive of a reduction in student loan debt. This would provide our outreach groups with a bigger volunteer base and provides some of them with some much needed role models.
This could help curb a student loan crisis that is pending in America and gain some helpful hands in the battle against many outside forces.
Even creating a system like this could help in situations where workers are needed after natural disasters. It may not be considered volunteering anymore, but this would create an incentive based system to help reduce a crippling payment on many households.
