We the people request the 43rd President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama, to remove all personnel stationed near the coordinates 19°54'N 75°9'W.
The hawksbill sea turtle, Eretmochelys imbricata, is an endangered tropical sea turtle with fewer than 23,000 breeding females. The hawksbill sea turtle is typically found around coastal reefs, rocky areas, estuaries and lagoons. We request the entire 45 square mile naval base be transformed into a protected habitat for endangered species, and that personnel remove all man made structures from the area. We request the president consider this petition as a writ of habeas corpus.
