Create a provision allowing health care workers to refuse mandatory vaccination as a condition of maintaining employment

Health care workers are required to be vaccinated as a condition of employment because Medicare payments will be reduced if fewer than 90% of employees are vaccinated against seasonal influenza. The safety and efficacy of these measures have not been studied. Professional practice of health workers must not be dictated by lawyers or lobbyists in Washington DC. The right to say no to a drug or device must remain a human right.
