Instead of forcing individuals and companies to help pay for something they do not believe in, make a provision so that the employee can purchase abortion and the morning after/week after pill coverage as an add-on in a way that the employer does not have to cover any part of the cost of this part of the insurance. That way everybody gets to choose what they want, and no one is forced to go against their beliefs.
Give people a choice, instead of ultimatums.
