Elections are tools of the People to carry out the will of the governed. The election laws of our country have been perverted to take away the power from the People in favor of those few with money, and corporate sponsors who expect and receive political favors to benefit the donor at the expense of the People.
The average citizen has little voice due to the campaign contributions that amplify the voice of those with the means to greatly influence elections and those they place in office by financing their campaigns.
Money must be removed from politics in order to facilitate the exchange of ideas based on merit, not political quid pro quo corruption.
We call for reform of the Election System on all levels so that the nation's government is truly of, for and by the People.
