Create a public funding organization so we can donate money to the government to neutralize the national debt.

I think that the government needs to make a public organization that will let us people of the United States donate money that will go directly towards paying the national debt and nothing else. If at least 300 million people of the U.S. were to donate 10 dollars, we would have 3,000,000,000 (3 billion) dollars. Now obviously this wouldn't exactly cover the trillions of dollars of debt that there really is, but considering not every man is going to donate 10 dollars we may be able to get a decent amount of money that could go towards curing America of a possibly disastrous outcome of which where the entire country could go bankrupt.
