Since congress no longer listens to its constituency and technology allows lets create a public veto. When congress makes a law it will have to pass this public vote by a majority. If it does not the law is not put in place. This will eliminate special interest pressure and representatives ignoring the will of the people. Voting will be done using SS# and can be done by phone, Internet, ATM machines, and devices made available at all public facilities.
