Create a publicly viewable database of all gun owners showing address and guns owned.

Laws can only do so much in regards to preventing the wrong people from having a gun. If someone wants to own a gun, then their name and address should be posted online. There are plenty of gun alternatives towards protecting one's residence, but if someone wants to own a gun, that information should be made available online. Knowing that there are guns in a household, it will be a lot easier to determine if the mental stability of the residents living within or with access to that household is creating a potentially volatile situation that could ultimately put others in danger.
