create random drug tests for all congress members.

The members of our Congress are not above the law, therefore we petition the Obama Administration to enact random drug testing of all members of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Drug testing may be conducted after extended congressional recess and random periods chosen by the Executive branch. These tests will be conducted with a third party "watcher" to make sure nobody cheats. Any member of congress found with illegal residual narcotics will be impeached and prosecuted to the fullest extent of Federal and local laws.
