Provide a way for ALL who wish to work can register in the Federal Re-Employment Registery. This register will show the number and scope of those who wish to work. Even those who lost jobs and went to Social Security can register. This registery will be used to communicate and get further details about skills and type of work they would like to perform. Not resume based, but human relations based. Put the Human back into Human Resources.
