Create real immigration reform. This reform should include new pathways to citzenship, the Dream Act and the AgJobs bill

We call on the Obama Administration to spearhead a new modern civil rights movement. This movement begins with proclaiming the value of all Latino and Latina citizens as well as those who exist in our country living behind the shadows. Secondly we call for real and comprehensive immigration reform. We need to reform the current pathway to citizenship, we need to push the Dream Act and AgJobs Bill (H.R. 2414/2009) through Congress. Due process rights taken away by the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) should be restored. We need to reform the H-2A program, which is a broken system and unused by the vast majority of commercial growers. We call on the Obama administration to stop the mass deportation of adults who came to this country as children.
