Currently, less that .05% of vehicles in this country is powered by CNG (Compressed Natural Gas). Currently in Oklahoma, CNG retails for 78 cents per gallon to $1.70 per gallon. Texas on the other hand is around $2.40 per gallon. If there was an initiative to regulate the cost CNG use on private and commercial use, and keep this cost under $1.00 per equal gallon, we can finally begin the embarking on the road that leads us away from dependence of foreign oil.
