To create a Reciprocity Act that requires states to recognize each others licenses and permits.

Created by E.W. on May 25, 2015

This act will require states to recognize all licenses and permits from other states, to include but not limited to: marriage licenses from other states, regardless of sexual orientation, motor vehicle licenses, even if the age or other requirements in that state are different, fishing and hunting licenses, and firearms carry and ownership licenses, giving firearms owners relief from state and local restrictions, while passing through en route to their destination, or while staying in that state, as long as federal requirements for such actions are complied with. To avoid redundancy, the Firearms Owners Protection Act of 1986 will be rescinded upon passage of this act. Other licenses will also be recognized from state to state, regardless of origin.
