There are thousands of people in the united states that are living in poverty, dying in poverty, dying from lack of kidneys, and organs in general. Please create a fair and regulated organ market so that when people die, they can specify that their organs be harvested and that their children be compensated for the sale of their organs, just like life insurance.
In the case of non critical organs like kidneys, bone marrow, blood and liver donations, the donor should have the ability to volunteer, be matched with a patient, and receive a payment for their donation. There is too much debt here in the united states, and we need a way to clear the books. Saving lives is the best way to do this.
