This petition is asking the Obama administration to create reasonable restrictions and regulations on purchasing and owning guns.
Guns are not safe in just anyone's hands. As a nation, we've accepted certain rules and restrictions in order to promote our safety. Just as we need training and licenses to drive a car, we should have license requirements and regulations to own a gun.
