The regulatory commission should be created to assure proper responses are adhered to, on behalf of U.S.Citizens, by the FBI in response to complaints of violations of Civil Rights and/or Brutality by those commonly referred to as, "Law Enforcement."
Brutality inflicted upon Africans, Browns and Caucasians is happening everyday. It's like Deer Season 365/24/7. It must STOP. The FBI has become passive and quick to dismiss complaints "Under the Color of Law."
The FBI should be supervised by a regulatory commission assuring the Rights Mandated in the U.S.Constitution.This petition is intended to include all in the legal arena; Judges, Supervising Judges who are notorious for allowing badgering of Defendant(s) before the court and/or forcing a plea, in some cases, by Defense Attorney.
