Create a reliable automated threat recognition/response system for schools.

Created by C.B. on April 06, 2013

We petition the government to put money into the development and research of non-lethal threat recognition and response systems to be installed in schools. Instead of waiting for a gunman to enter a school and begin firing to recognize that a threat is present, or rely on arming school staff, these systems would be able to recognize an armed individual and pacify them until authorities arrive. The system would use responses such as tasers, rubber bullets, bean bags, or other non-lethal weapons to stop the armed individual.
