Create a requirement by law that all people who receive government income assistance must pass a drug test

As a hard working citizen, I believe that the sizeable portion of my paycheck that goes toward helping people who need assistance should only go towards those who can and have passed a drug test. It is a very common practice for businesses to perform regular or random drug tests as a condition of employment, and I think that those who live off of the government without a job (whether that be because they're unable to work, or because they refuse to work) should also be submitted to such tests.
