Create a reserve from Manistee National Forest to house a project to examine the making of a new society for study

This petition is to create a social/culture experiment that would involve creating a reserve in the Manistee National Forest, Michigan, to be for the housing and development of people who wish to take part in not only a sociological, anthropological, and psychological experiment but a new way of life to escape modern day. Society with sparse technology similar to an Amish community however not same religious and culture. Americans use to modern day technologies giving up much to lead a simple life in an almost "utopian" way. This study and project could help identify burdens of modern on the people of the U.S and also give insight to cultural advancement also effects on stress levels within the project group.
