Some of the primary issues facing the country are:
Gun control and Budget Deficit/Debt ceiling.
The administration can address both issues by adding a sizable annual licenses fee for all Guns, gun clips and ammunition owned. License fee should increase with the size and type of the of the gun and gun clip. Each annual renewal would bring a detailed background check including a mental health check. This is just similar to owning a car, renewing the license, doing a routine emissions check etc.
By doing so we would add a lot of jobs in every county in the country, generate a huge amount of revenue which would pay for some form of relief for gun violence victims, budget deficit, mental health programs for citizens, education.
