Whereas the federal government is in need of additional revenue sources and whereas the American public is already over-taxed, it is hereby proposed that a 15% federal gross receipts tax be placed on all political campaigns at all levels, including contributions to politcal parties, Political Action Committees and any other organization raising funds for political purposes.
