Create a Reward Program For Debt Collector Employees Who Want To Report FDCPA Violations by their employers.

I was moved to create this petition because I worked for a Debt Collection Agency that had its employees blatantly violate the FDCPA.
As a collector I was held liable if any of the actions were to be reported by the consumer. So I quit the job because the practices weren't right and went to speak with a lawyer who told me that "unless the agency contacted you there is nothing we can do about these violations."
I personally don't think that is right, its basically saying, its ok to ask your employees to violate the FDCPA and they have no recourse if they try to stand up for themselves.
I think the Obama Administration should create a reward program for employees like me who try are honest and uphold the regulations put in place.
And I'm STILL out of work!
