Create a road or transform an existing road into a cross-country, high speed road. This will be similar to the autobahn.

In the United States, the fastest road is Highway 130 in Texas with a top speed of 85 miles per hour(mph). The US government should build or transform an existing road into one that has few limitations on speed and goes from the east coast to the west coast. This road should have a speed limit of no less than 90mph. This road will not only be faster, but it will create revenue if we follow the Germans taxing of trucks. Lanes can be designated as passing lanes and traveling lanes to prevent accidents. There will also be a large shoulder to help prevent accidents and allow for cars to pull off if needed. This road is fiscally responsible and will be a great asset to the United States.
