We, the undersigned, hereby petition for the creation of a safe, secure and protected online environment for the playing of poker within the United States. We recognize the need for regulation, control and taxation of such an environment. We further believe that poker should be classified as a game of skill and treated as such by the government of the United States of America. In keeping with this philosophy we ask that poker be removed as subject to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.
