create salary for all federal politicians to be based off of performance.

All politicians, once elected, are guaranteed an annual salary no matter how well they perform or the laws they create or pass. As most hard working American Citizens, if we do not perform or meet the requirements created by our supervisors, then we do not get paid or do not get paid as well. As the American people, we are the Government's supervisors and we should be able to regulate how federal politicians are getting paid with OUR tax dollars. Would you pay for a service that you are not satisfied with? Would you pay hundreds and thousands of dollars a month for a group of people to not come to an agreement? I would not. All Federal politicians should have a maximum of what they are making now, but no minimum. They should only get if they are doing what is best for the tax payers.
