Create schools for homeless children and their mothers to give them a fighting chance.

The schools for homeless children in Los Angeles were all denied previous aid by Governor Swartznegger. They are all closing due to lack of public knowledge or interest as the government owns the media. This is happening all over the country. To all schools. But these children, and their mother's need education to learn a skill or get a degree. It would save millions, if not billions in taxpayer money. America has made it a crime to be poor. Check the prisons.
