In celebration of our Second Amendment rights and to help provide equality to lower income Americans, it is proposed that a tax credit of (no less than) $1,500 per year, per household, be provided to help offset the high costs of ammunition and AR-15 purchases. The credit may also be used for cleaning, storage and range fees if desired.
