If you have one felony on your background and its a none violate one that you committed as a young adult and you changed you life around since then, got in school, start looking for work but jobs didn't hire you when background screening ware made. that isn't right i believe every one deserve a second chance and jobs should not be able to look up first time felons (None Violate) background's if you changed your ways and became a better citizen.
So if you believe & agree with what im saying to create more jobs and help the economy sign this petition.
