Create a Secretary of Arts and Culture.

Increasingly over the past decade, blame has been placed on the media and arts for the inhumane actions of individuals. Schools are censoring themselves to prevent legal action from angry parents who believe certain subjects will hurt their children. As much good as the Secretary of Education has done, the arts in schools (including colleges) and public venues have no one to support (and regulate) them. I believe it is in the President's best interest to give someone - at the very least - a platform to speak on these issues, and to hopefully expand the culture of our country. The arts can solve problems politics cannot.
