Create a separate entity consisting of retired elderly Americans who can forgive people pulled over by Law Enforcement.

Created by N.M. on March 22, 2013

Create an entity consisting of retired Americans, that when driving, can request that if a peace officer hasn't entered information into a citation that they can let the person they have pulled over off the hook once a day. This would help those being pulled over to meet "quotas"/ averages, and I'm sure if you've ever been pulled over you'd have to agree that you wished you had someone there to help you out.
On-line print out and e-registration would make this process cost nothing, and the projected revenue savings for the American people would, I'm sure, be very welcome.
Our society imposes fines for violating laws, isn't it time we started imposing forgiveness?
Obviously this would not apply to vehicular felonies, and keys relinquished for 12-24 hours in suspected DUI/DWI stops.Thank you
