My goal is to create a separate standard, concerning visitation and rights, for Fathers who truly care for their children.
My hope is to:
A) Create a separate category, for Fathers who want to have a true relationship with their children. Currently, the courts do not distinguish a Dad from a Father - there is a difference.
B) If travel is involved - the courts should take every opportunity to accommodate the non-custodial parent, financially.
C) A Father should be granted equal rights, concerning medical decisions.
Fathers who truly care, should be awarded more than what is considered "standard."
Peyton's Law will address all of the above issues.
