The purpose of this petition is to request a totally separately funded and managed unemployment system of benefits with emphasis on those returning from Iraq and Afganistan and homeless veterans from any era.
As any program, controls must be in place but these benefits will have no expiration date if a genuine need is documented. The funding for this program should be exempt from any future cuts.
