The active duty personnel should have their own set of electoral college votes just as the states do. It would be a minimum of 3 based on the military's overall population including the army, navy, marines, air force, coast guard, and the reserves for each branch. The people that serve as the representatives would be the top leaders in each branch. In conjunction with this, there should also be a specified time over a period of a couple days around the election, as decided by the representatives for the military. There can be onsite voting booths at the base or around the safe quarters while overseas. This will ensure the votes for our men and women who are serving and sacrificing while protecting the constitution will have a fair voice to who their commander in chief will be.
