This petition is to toughen laws and extend jail and prison sentences against people who abuse , and kill animals for pleasure and profits. 1,madatory prison sentence for an animal fighter should be 10 years day for day. 2, abuse of an animal should be 5 years day for day. 3, Neglect of an animal should be 1 year jail with 3 years of probation community service is to clean up after all animals in animal control and police horse stables. 4, Kill an animal for no good reason 20 years day for day. All of these convictions should have no protective custody. If these judgments are in place than no one would want to go through with any of these crimes.
