Create a shared sacrifice law to reduce unnecessary wars.

If we have more than 10,000 troops deployed in a combat zone for more than 6 months in a given year, an automatic 2% tax increase is implemented on all U.S. citizens. Since the end of the draft we have been careless in starting wars because most citizens see no sacrifice in the war. With all of the complaints about taxes, an automatic tax increase would force citizens to support or reject future wars. This revenue will also help with the cost of the war.
