The problem of the 21st century is that there is just too much information to take in to make a proper decision related to who to vote for. This problem is further compounded by large media corporations that only report based on sensationalism that drives ad revenue. On top of the media reporting irrelevant information, social media sites are full of meme's that further perpetuate hate and misinformation related to political candidates.
Heres the idea, we need our government to invest in creating a SIMPLE tool (web and mobile app) that would help the average American understand who to vote for.
Based on the top issues our country is facing today (Abortion, Budget, Crime, Economy, Education, Environment, Guns, Health Care, Immigration, National Security etc.)
