1) That allows us to see each budget line item from every federal program; the costs associated, and a description of what those costs are.
2) That allows us to drill down into each program to see a detailed breakdown of all expenses.
3) That allows us to vote on which expenses to cut.
You have spent 3 years and have come up with nothing.
Surely you can spend 3 months and build us this website.
You will find out in 3 days what the American public deems valuable.
