Create a Single Payer Universal Healthcare System, or "Medicare for All." Have everyone pay into an All American Insurance Pool that would cover everybody. This program has been analyzed by the GAO, the CBO, the Commonwealth Fund, just to name a few. Everyone agrees that economically & policy wise it makes the most sense. We are the only country on earth to have a dysfunctional for massive profit healthcare system that has become a non-system of care. How can we have "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" in this country if people are not allowed to sustain good health or even remain alive?
