There should be measures in place to ensure the 2nd Admendment is still viable but controls are in place.
1. All Assault Weapons and High Cap Mags should be outlawed permanently. There is no reason anyone outside of law enforcement and military should own or use one.
2. Make it mandatory for everyone buying a weapon go through a federally created safety course for those born after 1995.
3. Make buyers get a Psychological test before purchasing each weapon for those born after 1995.
4. Make a nationwide concealed weapons permit so everyone can carry legally in every state. They will have to comply with having to register their weapons with the ATF and agree to all suggestions in #2 and #3.
5. Increase penalties for those using guns in crimes by an additional 5 years.
